1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for a program, booking a service, or purchasing any product or coaching service from True Nature Nutrition (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

True Nature Nutrition provides nutrition education, coaching, workshops, programs, and informational content designed to support general health, wellbeing, and lifestyle improvement. Our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The information provided through this website, programs, workshops, webinars, emails, and coaching services is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. True Nature Nutrition provides nutrition education and coaching services only and does not provide medical services.

You should consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking medication, or have specific health concerns before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplementation, or lifestyle.

4. Individual Responsibility

By participating in any service or program, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health, decisions, and outcomes. You agree to listen to your body and seek medical advice when appropriate.

5. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. Any examples, testimonials, or outcomes shared are not typical and are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual physiology, health history, consistency, and personal circumstances.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made either in full upfront or via an agreed monthly subscription plan prior to commencement of services.

Pay in Full:

Where you choose to pay in full, the total program fee is charged at the time of purchase. Access to coaching services and materials is granted immediately. Pay-in-full purchases are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Monthly Subscription:

Where you choose a monthly payment plan for a program with a minimum term (such as a 3-month program), you authorise True Nature Nutrition to automatically charge your nominated payment method the agreed monthly subscription fee for the duration of the minimum term. Payments will be processed automatically on the same calendar day each month unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to reprocess the payment. Continued access to coaching services, sessions, and materials will be paused until outstanding payments are received.

The minimum term commitment cannot be cancelled early except as required under Australian Consumer Law or by written agreement with True Nature Nutrition. After completion of the minimum term, your subscription may continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled in writing with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.

Refunds:

Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Access to digital products, workshops, and online materials is granted immediately and is non-refundable unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

7. Cancellations & Missed Sessions

Coaching sessions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without sufficient notice may be forfeited and not rescheduled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, programs, frameworks, materials, videos, and written resources provided by True Nature Nutrition are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of True Nature Nutrition. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. Any health information shared is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Nature Nutrition is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in our services or use of this website.

11. Third-Party Platforms

This website and its content are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook™, Instagram™, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

12. Age Requirement

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By registering or purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
