Hi, I'm Alicia!

I help women in their 30s and 40s lose 5–10kg in 90 days using The Women’s Health Freedom Framework, a science-based system that personalises nutrition, training, and mindset so results last, without restriction or burnout. My approach is designed for real life, working with a woman’s physiology, lifestyle, and stage of life rather than forcing her into rigid plans that don’t stick.

My passion for this work comes from personal experience. After years of navigating confusing nutrition advice and struggling with my own health, I began a Clinical Nutrition degree to truly understand the body and help women escape the cycle of dieting and frustration. Today, I translate evidence-based science into practical, personalised strategies that help women feel confident, in control, and free with food, building results they can sustain long term.
