As a Qualified Health & Body Transformation Coach, I specialise in helping women navigate the physiological changes of midlife with structure, strategy and sustainable habits that actually work in the real world.
After years of navigating conflicting health advice and experiencing my own health challenges, I formally studied health science and nutrition to understand what truly works for women’s bodies in their 40s.
What I discovered is this: in midlife, muscle, recovery and structure matter more than ever.
