Hi, I'm Alicia!

I spent most of my thirties doing everything right and getting nowhere. Chronic inflammation, mystery health issues, and 10 kilos I couldn't shift no matter what I tried. I'd gone as far as travelling to Costa Rica to study raw food nutrition. Still nothing moved.

When I finally stopped fighting my body and started understanding it, everything changed. I got lean, strong, and for the first time in years, recognised the woman looking back at me.
